From the end of the 60s of the last century, when the application and production of windows, doors and facade elements from aluminum profiles began, until today, when these elements are mostly made of aluminum, the design and technical performance of these products have followed contemporary architectural trends.
When designing the profile system for architectural application, we made sure that the technical and aesthetic performance was in accordance with the current highest standards.
In addition, being aware of the fact that no system can be so diverse and designed in such a way that it can anticipate all the ideas of contemporary architecture, and using the experience of over 35 years of work in this field, our team of engineers offers a quick and efficient adaptation of the existing systems to any idea.
If there is a need, we can develop a complete system for part of the project or the entire project.
Let’s highlight some of the projects done in this way:
An invisible substructure system has been developed for the windy facade, with a final covering of laminate panels measuring up to 1.5 x 3.0 m.
The system included one window = one panel with a length of 6.0 m. Prefabricated window arrays with infill (modules up to 6.0 m long) were mounted identically and parallel to the facade panels.
About 4,000 such windows were installed in this way, with the hiring of only 4 assembly workers and a crane that was simultaneously used for panel mounting.
